The Posterity Party thinks that you have the right to own a gun, and you can’t be infringed for it. Infringed means: “actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.).” In the second amendment, it says the word infringed, which means breaking a law. Making gun control laws breaks that entirely. We also think that a police needs a warrant/permission in order to search your property. If they do not have one then they aren’t allowed to search you and your stuff. Unless they have a reason, like they see narcotics fall out of the bag. That is called probable cause. Probable cause is an important thing for police to have.
We believe that no weapons should be allowed in schools, such as brass knuckles, knives, switchblades, guns, tomahawks, and tasers. Even if you want an item like this for self defense, there are security guards to protect you. Seeing how dangerous it is in Chicago, you should still be allowed to carry something for self defense. But those shouldn’t be allowed in school. That’s why you see the “no guns" signs. This indicates that people aren’t allowed to bring guns into school.
